Bill Analysis

Summary: HB 2531 would allow the currently operating spaceport trust fund to expand the program to include supporting programs that focus on the International Space Station and research that takes place on this Station as well as funding a non-profit organization that perform the research.

Analysis: HB 2531 would be an administrative change within an existing fund. This neither supports nor directly offends our liberty principles. We stand neutral on HB 2531.
