Bill Analysis

Summary: HB 2210 would establish more regulations when selling or leasing a manufactured house. The bill would require certain information to be posted on the front door of the house for the duration of the time the house is up for sale or lease.

Analysis: HB 2210 would represent an unnecessary expansion of regulation. It is the responsibility seller to offer any information that he or she may feel is helpful for the sale or lease of the house. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the buyer to request any information that he or she feels may be pertinent to the acquisition of the home.
