Bill Analysis
Summary: HB 2038 would extend and expand the Center for Elimination of Disproportionality and Disparities as well as the Interagency Council for Addressing Disproportionality.
Analysis: Extending and expanding these programs would cost the state $1.5 million. Allowing these programs to expire would decrease the cost of government, therefore we oppose the bill.
