Conferring legislative approval of the Coleman Settlement Agreement.
SCR 31 would approve an already agreed-upon settlement in a civil suit involving the Health and Human Services Commission. The settlement would require the Commission to change its standards for evaluating the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C patients and approving Medicaid enrollees.
Texas Action is neutral on SCR 31.
