No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
SB 804 would clarify the requirements necessary for the
governing body of a municipality to include new property in a tourism Public Improvement District after the
establishment of the district.
Texas Action is neutral toward SB 804 which does not appear to affect our liberty principles.
