Bill Analysis

HCR 71 would resolve the 87th Legislature of the State of Texas to urge the United States Congress to support the nomination of Marcelino Serna for the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action is neutral on HCR 71 which is nonbinding and does not affect our liberty principles. That notwithstanding, it is good for Texas to honor our state's heroes and urge Congress to do so as well.
