Relating to the eligibility of foster children to receive college credit for completing the Preparation for Adult Living Program.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 700 would allow foster youth who complete the standardized curriculum for the Preparation for Adult Living Program to receive college credit for completing the program.
