Relating to the election of members of the board of directors of the Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17.
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 4585 would require that the Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 be governed by a board of 5 directors serving staggered four-year terms. The bill would also require that board members be elected on the uniform election date in November.
