Relating to required posting of information regarding the office of the state long-term care ombudsman and certain long-term care facilities' Internet websites.

HB 3961 would require long-term care facilities to post on their website information about the office of the state long-term care ombudsman, including information on the office's role in regulation, and contact information.
HB 3961 would allow a long-term care facility to comply with this section by posting the required information on the website of the facility's parent company, if that facility does not maintain a unique website.
These facilities would not be required to comply with this mandate if neither they nor their parent company maintains an Internet website.
