Relating to limitations periods in arbitration proceedings.

HB 3333 would prohibit a party to an arbitration proceeding from asserting a claim if they could not bring suit for that claim in court due to its expiration. A party would only be permitted to assert an expired claim in an arbitration proceeding if they brought a timely suit in court for it or the parties agreed to arbitrate or were ordered to arbitrate the claim.
