Relating to eligibility for job-training programs provided under the self-sufficiency fund.
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 1791 would expand access to certain job training programs by removing the requirement that recipients of job training programs funded by the self-sufficiency fund be on government assistance. Texas Action is neutral on HB 1791.
