Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action is opposed to HB 1341 under the principle of limited government and individual liberty. While we do support affordable lifestyles for resident first responders, military service members, and veterans, waiving their fees will increase either fee prices or increase taxes for other demographics to compensate.
