No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

HB 1068 would allow school district employees who are not exempt from federal overtime regulations, and who have available leave time, to use the leave for compensation for a day designated as a school holiday for which the employee would otherwise not receive compensation.
