SB 790 would no longer require regional planning commissions to send a certain reports and audits to the comptroller. Such reports would still be sent to the governor, the state auditor, and the Legislative Budget Board.
Texas Action remains neutral on SB 790 because it does not significantly affect our liberty principles.
