According to the Legislative Budget Board, no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
SB 2132 would direct the Health and Human Services Commission to provide certain information to women who are automatically enrolled in the Healthy Texas Women program. HHSC would provide information regarding services provided by the program and information about local health care providers that participate in Healthy Texas Women.
Since this matter does not involve liberty principles, Texas Action has a neutral stance toward SB 2132.
