Relating to the Donley County Hospital District.
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
SB would allow the Donley County Hospital District to delegate the authority to manage, control, and administer the hospital and its operations to the district administrator with the board's oversight. It would also allow the district to operate and provide for the operation of a mobile emergency medical or air ambulance service.
Texas Action remains neutral on SB 1950 as it is a local bill which does not affect our liberty principles.
