Relating to establishment of the disaster identification system for a declared state of disaster.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 91 would establish a color-coded identification system for identifying individuals and their needs in a declared state of disaster. If a person elects to participate in the disaster identification system, they would affix to each individual and domesticated animal in the person's household an illuminated display of certain colors.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 91 because it does not affect our liberty principles.
