HB 4689 would create the Round Rock Municipal Utility District No. 1 located within the corporate city limits of Round Rock. The district would have powers to issue bonds for the purpose of providing water, sewage, and road infrastructure for a planned community of residential homes.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 4689 as it does not affect our
liberty principles.
