This bill supports property rights, individual liberty, and limited government by abolishing the prohibition on owning knuckles which are an inexpensive self defense tool. The bill also does away with the associated Class A Misdemeanor which is disproportional to the crime of possessing brass knuckles. For these reasons we support HB 446.
