HB 3704 would allow the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to enter into an agreement with a local public health entity for the purpose of providing the entity access to "identified public health data relating to the entity’s jurisdiction and any public health data relating to a jurisdiction contiguous to the entity; and deidentified public health data maintained by the department relating to the jurisdiction of any other local public health entity."
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 3704 as it does not hinder any of liberty principles.
