Relating to a study and report by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board regarding best practices for assisting students with autism spectrum disorder.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3612 would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to conduct a study on the best practices for assisting students with an autism spectrum disorder enrolled at an institution of higher education. The board would be required to submit a report by December 1, 2021.
