HB 3142 would amend the Health and Safety Code to require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to provide automatic reminders to public drinking water supply systems about regular reporting requirements applicable to systems under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and TCEQ rules adopted under those laws.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 3142 as it does not affect our liberty principles.
