No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3051 would give a more specific definition of a "flooded" vehicle for purposes of notation requirements for the salvage vehicle titles of flooded vehicles.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 3051 as it does not affect our liberty principles.
