Relating to changing the eligibility of persons charged with certain trafficking
and prostitution offenses to receive community supervision, including deferred
adjudication community supervision.

HB 2758 amends the Code of Criminal Procedure by adding certain offenses relating to the promotion of prostitution or trafficking of persons to the list of offenses that are ineligible for community supervision.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 2758 as it neither advances nor hinders our liberty principles.
