Relating to the continuation of a health care provider
participation program by the Dallas County Hospital District.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 2326 would extend until 2025 the Dallas County Hospital District's health care provider participation program to collect mandatory payments from institutional health care providers to fund the nonfederal share of a Medicaid.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 2326 as it does not affect our liberty principles.
