This bill would require ballot propositions to definitively and clearly identify the propositions' chief features so that voters are not confused. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill seeks to eliminate any confusion or misleading language so that voters are better able to understand ballot propositions. This enables voters to better exercise their individual liberty through being better informed on ballot propositions. As such we support SB 467.
