Relating to the approval of open-enrollment charter schools and the
review of challenges by open-enrollment charter schools or school
districts to accountability determinations.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would create an appeal system for charter school applicants that score within ten percentage points of the minimum score needed to become a charter.
