Bill Analysis
HB 3808 would change the conditions of secured obligations. There would be new exceptions to restrictions on the term of an obligation and installments of payments. Property insurance would not be required if the borrower maintains a net worth of at least five times the amount of the indebtedness or $100 million, and meets other conditions.
