HB 3309 would amend the Labor Code to allow a person meeting certain conditions to operate as a temporary common worker employer without needing to first obtain a state-issued license. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

This bill enhances our free market and limited government principles by removing licensing of temporary common worker employers making it easier to earn a living with less government regulation. We support HB 3309.
