Bill Analysis
HB 3063 would clarify and extend the applicability of laws regarding the creation and priority of certain agricultural liens with regard to open storage crops and warehouses. This bill would also clarify the applicability of various protections related to agricultural liens by expanding protections for the producers of agricultural products.
