Bill Analysis

SB 1345 would amend quorum and voting requirements for the board of the Irving Flood Control District Section III of Dallas County by requiring a quorum to constitute the presence of three directors and that an action or recommendation by the board is not valid unless approved by record vote with a quorum present and receives at least three affirmative votes by board members.

Currently the presence of four members is required to make a quorum.
