Bill Analysis

SB 1330 would allow injury leave for peace officers serving in the office of the attorney general to be treated the same way as injury leave as peace officers commissioned by the Public Safety Commission, Parks and Wildlife Commission, or the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
