Bill Analysis

SB 1301, if passed, would modify the Water Code (Section 20.012) relating to the administration of the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority. Namely, it would remove the requirement that the board of directors consist of six members, and as such, that a meeting can be called by the majority of board members as opposed to specifically three.
