Bill Analysis

HB 601 would allow the Nacogdoches County Exposition and Civic Center to be designated as and considered the licensed premises for purposes of a mixed beverage permit covering the facility. 

Vote Recommendation Notes

HB 601 would provide allow the Nacogdoches County Exposition and Civic Center to sell mixed beverages like other businesses in Nacogdoches county. Due to the isolated and local nature of this bill which has no bearing on our liberty principles, we are neutral on HB 601.
