Vote Recommendation Notes

The Senate committee did not make any changes to the House version of this bill.

The Senate sponsor is Senator Hinojosa.

We stand neutral on all memorial and honorrific bills because they do not affect our liberty principles; as a result we are neutral on HB 194. However, it is always a good idea to recognize and honor the families of those who have given their lives in service to our nation.
