Bill Analysis

HB 1643 would define "undeveloped land" as land in a natural, primitive state that lacks improvements, infrastructure, or utilities and that is not located in a municipality. The bill would add 'likely to develop or harbor mosquitoes" to the defined unsanitary condition of weeds.
