No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement to work in collaboration with certain entities to establish and maintain two training programs for first responders and/or police officers on the effects of traumatic brain injury and interaction techniques with individuals with traumatic brain injury.
