Bill Analysis

This legislation would amend the Transportation Code to require the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue specialty license plates or recipients of the Combat Action Badge, Combat Action Medal, and Combat Action Ribbon.

Vote Recommendation Notes

We remain neutral on all legislation relating to honorariums, memorials, specialty license plates, and road or bridge naming.
