Summary: SB 515 would open up the market for small breweries in Texas to sell alcohol from the brewery, as well as increase the number of barrels that they can produce from 5,000 to 10,000.

Analysis: SB 515 would increase competition and allow brewers to increase the supply of their product. This moves closer to free market principles than the current system. We support SB 515.
