Bill Analysis

Legislation: This legislation would prohibit the Comptroller from publishing a report that reveals the gross or taxable receipts of a hotel relating to the remittance of certain taxable income. 

Analysis: Very few industries have their finances disclosed on the level that hotels do. This bill prevents the disclosure of proprietary information of private businesses.
