Summary: The Occupations Code requires licensed physicians to apply and receive extra licenses and permits to act as a ringside physician at a boxing match. HB 1551 removes these redundant license requirements. 

Analysis: TPPA supports HB 1551 because the legislation removes unecessary government regulations.
