Relating to authorizing the sale of certain real property by the State of Texas to the Trinity River Authority of Texas.
The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined at this time due to the the fair market value of the real property that would be sold being unknown.
HB 4664 would require the State of Texas to offer to sell a portion of the bed of the Trinity River, adjacent to the William Pace League to the Trinity River Authority of Texas for the fair market value of the real property.
