HB 4436 would allow a
person to operate an aircraft in or on a protected freshwater area. It stipulates that a person who operates an aircraft in or on a protected
freshwater area must try to avoid harming or disturbing vegetation, wildlife,
or wildlife habitat within the protected freshwater area.
