No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3788 would authorize the initial training course for members of an appraisal review board and the subsequent continuing education course to be provided remotely as an alternative to in-person instruction.
The administrative change proposed by HB 3788 does not affect our liberty principles. Texas Action remains neutral on HB 3788.
