HB 3481 would designate December 1 as Rosa Parks Day.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action is neutral toward HB 3481 which does not affect our liberty principles. That notwithstanding, it is a good thing to honor the civil rights legacy of Rosa Parks.
