Relating to inclusion of funds received by certain educational
institutions or programs in foundation school program funds for
purposes of certain budget reductions.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3456 would include the Texas School for the Blind, Texas School for the Deaf, Texas Juvenile Justice Department, and adult education programs in the foundation school program while exempting them from the 5% budget reduction by the Legislative Budget Board.
