No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3126 would permit an advanced practice registered nurse to examine the incapacity of a person in a guardianship proceeding if they are acting under a physician's authority and supervision.
Texas Action is neutral on HB 3126 as it does not significantly affect any of our Liberty Principles.
