No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Bill Analysis

HB 3088 would adjust regulations for certain community health programs to require communities to leverage funds equal to 25 percent of the grant amount if the community is in a county with a population less than 100,000; 50 percent if the community is at least 100,000, but less than 250,000; and 100 percent if the community is in a county with at least 250,000.
