HB 2602 would remove the requirement that a poll watcher must serve for 5 continuous hours at a polling place, for the poll watcher to work whatever hours the poll watcher chooses.
Texas Action supports HB 2602 as it empowers the limited government and individual liberty principles by granting poll watchers more flexibility in observing elections.
