The bill would modify certain notification requirements and adjust the timeframe in which a suit to foreclose a lien must be made.
While HB 2237 may bring some clarity to statute with respect to the lien process, there is not a clear connection to our liberty principles. Texas Action remains neutral on HB 2237.
